Can treatment be done on the first visit?
For patients who are referred, Dr. Werb will review reasons for referral and recent radiographs previously taken if they are available. For all patients, treatment options and recommendations can only be provided after a thorough assessment by Dr. Werb. Certain treatments require equipment to be prepared and set-up ahead of time and your child to follow specific food restrictions for safety reasons. Although each patient is assessed on a case-by-case basis, generally treatment often cannot be performed on the first visit. However, you can be assured that if your child requires urgent treatment, it is our policy to ensure that he or she is seen promptly and in a timely manner.
